Human Capital Consulting Founder, Sandy Cropper, has over 18 years experience in designing and delivering Human Resource solutions that enhance individual and organizational success.

Sandy is trained and experienced in the areas of hiring, training, management development, performance improvement and professional coaching. She uses leading edge assessments, traditional and online training tools to assist clients in identifying and reaching their goals.

Her industry experience includes working successfully with front line and professional staff in such industries as: health, insurance, manufacturing, technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and telecommunications.
