When a large, clinical research organization sought to improve their management development program, HCC assisted in selecting the most effective management development system to meet the needs of their 90 managers.

Sandy Cropper, of HCC, partnered with the training manager and her team to launch MAP (Managerial Assessment of Proficiency). Delivering the initial sessions, training the trainers and designing a trainer's guide to insure consistent delivery, Sandy laid a foundation for on-going success.

The client now has a complete system that provides assessment, relevant training materials, and reassessment to measure impact and progress. The system establishes objective measures of the strengths and developmental areas, by departments, which are then incorporated in the long-term training plan.

As a result, the company is able to save staff time and training dollars, while providing the right training solutions to meet manager needs and support business goals.
